TERMS OF SERVICE
 

The general terms of service, method of payment, Edwin Zaindan Studio policies and transactions details, and delivery details are listed below:

 

General Terms :

1. Commissions regarding Illustrations, 3D Modelling and Website development, please send visual references and communicate openly so we can understand your request and preferences.

2. Commissions may take days or weeks to finish but will be delivered upon the discussed date. This may change depending on the complexity of the project and requested revisions. Nevertheless, Edwin Zaindan Studio will openly communicate about the project’s progress.

3. Three (3) revisions are available per project. Major revisions will be charged after especially if there are extensive changes requested.

4. Edwin Zaindan Studio has the right to decline any commission requests – most especially if designated tasks are taken from/based on academic modules. Edwin Zaindan Studio is not liable nor endorses any case regarding plagiarism and  academic dishonesty.

Payment :

1. You will be asked pay a 50% down payment to secure the slot for the commission

2. The final copy of the commissioned piece will be given online once it is paid in full
